Ki'erra is a mother of 2, serial entrepreneur born and raised in Kansas City, KS. Founder and CEO of Allure Yvonne Co. LLC, a beauty establishment devoted to providing quality products & beauty services. Ki'erra empowers valuable women by enhancing their natural beauty so they feel worthy regardless of the established beauty standards. She is double-state licensed as an esthetician in Kansas, and California, where she relocated to build her brand and follow her dreams in the beauty industry. In her years of experience Ki'erra has worn many hats as an entrepreneur, beauty advisor and educator - who specializes in lash extensions and professional makeup artistry.
Her work has been featured on the 2021 BET Experience Fashion Show, and she's worked amongst reality tv stars Wokinda and Mangina. Along with LA Clippers Dancers, Celebrity Choreographers/Dancers under artist (Chris Brown, Lola Brooks, Coi Leray and Drake.) She also has a loyal clientele of ladies and gentlemen in different business fields whom she services, locally and California. Ki'erra is passionate and in love with what she does, and goes above and beyond to make sure she provides top tier services and products, that fulfill her clients' and customers' specific wants and needs.

Ki'erra battled acne-prone skin throughout high school, which made her feel less confident. Covering imperfections with makeup, she knew good skin care was a necessity for wearing makeup, especially for the flawless finish look she desired. Being aware that other women also felt this way, she considered what she might do to make women like her feel good about themselves, and what products to utilize for skin care issues.
Ki'erra enrolled in Entourage Institute of Beauty & Esthetics soon after graduating from high school in order to study everything there is to know about skin care and makeup. Her current areas of expertise include professional cosmetics and lash extensions.
